15 - 253
16 - 250 had a couple beers
17 - 254
18 - 251
19 - 250
20 - 256 started lifting
21 - 248 off day
22 - 248 leg day
23 - 250 chest/tri day
24 - 245 off
25 - 248 off
26 - 253 off
27 - 247 leg day
28 - 249 chest day
29 - 247 back day
30 - 247 off day
started @ 280 in march. and you're wrong, it's not lose 40 lbs gain 20.
I lost 75 lbs, gained 50 of it back.
lost another 60.
and gained it back to 280. I don't truly care what you think alright? but call me out, and i'll prove you wrong. I'm changing my life man. I joined a powerlifting gym, and got some training sessions from a very well known dude. I go about my weight loss in serious, planned out way.
edit* if you wants me rackpull and bench press logs i can provide. i love dem compound lifts.
