    is 8-10 large whole eggs for breakfast too much??

    Good night sweet arteries

    First two years of bodybuilding I would eat 10 eggs for breakfast but it never effected my cholesterol. Then I got sick of eggs and literally gaged every time I ate them (and they made me sneeze... Da ****? Lol)

    Now I'm back on dat egg binge but do you think it would **** up my lipid profile if I continue on this way??

    definitely wouldn't do it with the yolks. I eat 6 eggs for breakfast, but I throw 4 of the yolks out.

    If you're going to have 8, toss at least 4 of the yolks.

    i dunno, i eat 6 a day, i hate eggs, if you can stomach that many more power too ya... Perhaps get some bloods done if your that concerned... Itll raise cholesterol for sure, but i think ldl would be minimally affected, mostly HDL which is good...

    i dont believe dietary cholesterol from eggs has a direct correlation with your cholesterol levels, just like consuming fats doesnt add fats. if you are eating a balanced diet and not eating 4k over your maintenance i think you should be good

    Only ~20 calories in an egg white right?? How many calories do u eat a day and how many at breakfast? I'm trying to eat ~4000 calories a day and I'm coming up short everyday. If I take the yolks out idk where else to add extra calories because I literally feel like puking 24/7 from eating so much lol

    I never thought that dietary cholesterol effects blood lipid profile but it is always in the back of my mind. Especially cause I eat a lot of eggs and steak and at the end of the day the amount of cholesterol I've eaten is like omgwhathaveidone.jpg

    It concerns me sometimes because I would rather live a healthy life then look swollen as **** but have my blood be flowing like 2 yr old motor oil lol

    I eat 3000-3200, split that into 5-6 meals so that's 500-550 calories per meal.

    Close to 30 calories per egg white, so eating 6 egg whites + 2 yolks = 270 calories (I cook mine with some milk and eat it with a piece of bread so comes out to 350 calories in total).

    I'll normally have cereal for breakfast as well.
