Everytime I get a shirt from a company, the sleeves are cut off as soon as it is opened.

Is this what comes from the people you PMed? That's tight. I always enjoy a new shirt and shaker. I love the blender ball shakers, you can just drop the ball in another shaker and it's awesome.
ITT: It's even better for cooking too. I drop 2-3 eggs, salt, pepper, green peppers, cheese, bacon bits, milk into it, shake it up and pour it into a pan for omelets..

They always get in the way.
Doing pullups, the sleeves bunch up to your shoulders, **** that.
Preacher curls, the sleeves bunch under the armpit and get too tight around my bicep, **** that.
Don't even get me started on how annoying it is to have sleeves constantly pulling tighter during virtually every shoulder lift."You have to be able to save your own life. Nobody is going to save it for you. So we have to do, what we have to do. No matter what it is"

LMAO @ BB.com throwing in knick-knacks with orders.
Always do! I used to get samples, and I too have gotten razors and stuff. Out of my last 5 orders I have gotten 1 melted to **** Titan protein bar that was no bigger than the knuckle on my middle finger, haha."You have to be able to save your own life. I went to a seminar this weekend held by Rich Gaspari, Ava Cowan and Flex Lewis. i got the same shirt, a tub of superpump, and various samples. The seminar was very informative too and free if you had went to Flex Lewis Classic the night before. Gaspari Is a generous, class act company.
