Hit a wall, bounced, need advice

I hit a wall recently and actually put on some weight and I'm at a loss on how to proceed. Some quick facts, I'm 6'2 and started out at 270+ with 40"+ waist. I'm now 209 and 32" waist trying to get down to about 190 as goal. I'm very happy where I'm at but want to lose this last 20ish pounds.

My diet is squeaky clean, on average I consume about 1350-1900 calories/day with most of that coming from protein. I weight lift about 3-4x per week, no legs with high reps lower weight to keep the muscle I have from eating away; not bulking at all. I road bike 30-60 miles 3-5 times per week which is why I don't have dedicated leg workout, very happy with how they have grown and toned.

Recently this week my weight loss has stopped hard and I can't get under 207. In fact, my weight jumped up to 214-216 the last few days. I did a caliper test and I"m about 18-20% body fat so there is plenty of fat to shed. Resting metabolic rate at last check a few months ago was 3000+ calories, with the workout and biking I do something 6-7x per week placing me at a good 1500-2000+ cal deficit daily.

I'm at a loss on why I would suddenly hit a wall and why my weight would inch up on me. Can anyone give any advice?

I doubt your resting metabolic rate is 3,000. But you still ought to be losing at the calorie levels you mentioned eating, if that's accurate. Some could be water weight or problem with the scales, since we're talking about just a few days.
