Mine was waiting for me when I got home last night. I'll wear it for my deads focused workout tomorrow and put a video clip here! I've had two really great workouts so far in this cycle of 5/3/1 and it should give me a little extra motivation to keep up the hard work tomorrow!

Been lurking around this forum and found this thread. And this Manu guy is freaking unbelievable. He knows no limit. He knows no boundaries. If he hasn't motivated you yet, I dont know what else will.

So whenever I feel like not hitting the gym and feel like just sleeping, I'm like "are you freaking kidding me. That Manu guy sleeps an hour or two everyday". And when I feel like dropping the barbell/dumbell because I've done 10 already but still can go on, I'm like "that Manu guy will go for another 10 if he's lifting this".

Truly motivating and inspirational.
