    just a short, 2 week log

    Plan:
    2-weeks
    Eating only lean meats and veggies RFL style
    175g protien /day
    Short workouts m/w/f
    1 carb refeed and one free meal per week

    Goal: be around 170lbs by wed July 13 and start intermittent fasting

    Current weight is 181ish
