    Unhappy I cant eat all my MACROS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    im in a 220-220-55 (macros) i just cant seem to eat enough food to complete my daily macros.
    Is not that i dont have time to eat , its just that i dont seem hungry to eat that much...
    What do you guys recommend or any suggestions...

    Eat more calorie dense foods. Fats are to low, protein can probably come down if you'd like. TDEE? Restart here and come back with questions:

    I know that feel. In order to get around it I usually go for a lot of liquid calories. For example something like 2 cups of milk, 1 scoop of whey, 2TBS of peanut butter, a half cut of oats, and a couple TBS of olive oil all blended up is easily upwards to 800 cals.
