im in a 220-220-55 (macros) i just cant seem to eat enough food to complete my daily macros.
Is not that i dont have time to eat , its just that i dont seem hungry to eat that much...
What do you guys recommend or any suggestions...

Eat more calorie dense foods. Fats are to low, protein can probably come down if you'd like. TDEE? Restart here and come back with questions:
