Can't get rid of fat on my lower abs, please help!

I want flat and ripped abs, but everytime I try, I either lose bulk (which I dont want), and my lower abs always have a little fat on them.... I have no idea what to try. As you can see my upper abs show but then my lower abs store most of my fat. I would like to stay bulky but lose the fat. Can anyone help??

Go lower with your calories. You are still carrying too much bodyfat to see your lower abs. That's really the long and short of it.

I can't tell you exactly how far you need to go. Just keep lowering your calories until you are as lean as you want. The drinking probably doesn't help. If I had to guess you could lose 10 lbs of body fat at least, probably more if you want to be super shredded.

    Lol no offense bro

First of all you need to either lose fat or put mass on. You are mistaking body fat with mass. Either you bulk hard now and then cut all the fat off to get the abs you want, or you cut to something lower and then slowly bulk up. With the second one, you are going to be a twig.

While it's true abs are all about low bodyfat, you do NEED some muscle on your abs if you want them to show through well. You need muscle to show muscle brah, that's how it works.

you still have a fair bit of bodyfat to lose...it will come with time.
as JMAG90 said, you're confusing "bulk" or "mass" with fat.
lower your caloric intake to be about 500 under maintenance levels and do a bit of cardio, but try to keep your protein levels about 1g per lb of bodyweight.

What he means is that what you think of as muscle is partly just fat.

For example, as you lose fat you will probably notice your arms and chest shrinking. That is because they are fat as well.

If you want abs, you have quite a ways to go, keep cutting. You will lose the fat off of your lower abs, as well as everywhere else on your body.

    yeah he mostly explained it.

when you say "I either lose bulk", are you referring to pure muscle mass (pure muscle, with no fat), or just body mass (your whole body, ie muscle + fat)?
because everyone loses body mass on a cut, but aims to keep as much muscle mass as posisble.
as normaldude said, you lose the fat on your arms and chest which will maybe make you look a bit "less bulky", but you'll be more defined.

it looks like you're tensing your abs in the pics (i may be wrong), so i'd guess you're about 16-18% bodyfat. you need to get down to about 10% to get some decent definition in your abs, and in order to do that just cut down on fats and maintain high protein intake.

Whilst your drinking you'll never get rid of that.

To be given an honest answer though...what exactly are you doing to achieve this? cardio/training/diet wise? then maybe the answers will be better

To see your lower abs, and overall a defined middle section you have to drop fat to something between 8-10%... don't drop calories (not sure how much you are eating) eat clean instead...
1 gr Protein have 4 calories
1 gr Carbs have 4 calories
1 gr Fat have 9 calories
1 gr Alcohol have 7 calories, so if you quit drinking on the weekends you will save a lot of extra calories...

What everyone is trying to say is either your bulk or cut or whatever you were doing up till now when you started BB has failed. At least from what we can tell. So either go on a decifit of 500 calories below to cut the fat and then slow bulk later on or bulk for awhile then cut. As simple as that.

First off everybody is assuming its all fat when in reality the lower abs are often consumed in water weight. you need to watch your sodium intake and drunk plenty of water. second of all these jagoffs (some of who have commented are on steroids BTW) are acting like you are so far away from your goal. Bro you are so close don't let these clowns bring you down alright? And just an FYI there are plenty of guys on here who like to give advice on what to do but then what they don't tell you is that they're on clen or GH and other steroids. many of these men without steroids have been in your position and just jumped the gun and started juicing. keep at it. stay natural. Like I said you are so close to your goal. Half of these guys commenting are twigs haha but they have abs woop dedoo. I would look up high intensity training and do some strict research. That is a great type of training that allows you to make gains while keeping generally lean while still making gains. plus the low volume meta your body recover extremely well. What sickens me is that not one person gave you advice that was useful.

Would only add to read the stickies on macros and calorie needs. They work and it will give you a better idea of what you should be eating. You don't HAVE to give up all the good foods/drinks you like to meet your goals, it's just a balancing act and being realistic.
