I've done some research on this subject, and it seems both L-Arginine, and Nitrate (bound to something else) are taken for Nitric Oxide boosting, or is there something more to it?
Which would be considered superior, or do they each have other advantages?

Nitrates and citrulline are my favorites. As previously mentioned oral arginine consumption has been proven insufficient.
Supplement a good diet: don't diet on supplements.
