x2, unless you train for a specific sport, but relative to just adding leg size, standard squats are overrated! Overall they're probably the best whole body exercise, just in terms of adding mass to legs there are better ways.

id say pretty much every lift that ppl on this sight are always saying to do

    dead lift
    squat
    bench press

all of these are good excersises but for bodybuilding or aesthetics if your performing these every week as the bulk of your work outs your doing it wrong

the key to success in bodybuilding and aesthetics is variety and always doing new things to promote muscle growth

id say i dead lift once a month BB bench press once a month about maybe like 1.5 times a month cuz i might do it once one month then twice the next

and BB squat almost never partially due to my back but still if i knew what i knew now i would say it shouldnt be performed by most any more than every other week or even just once a month
    i rep back

    lol @ bench.

No other upperbody lift gives me such a pump overall as bench, bench press is easily the best upperbody mass builder. The only reason *******s hate on it is because they suck at it. Point out one small 440+ flat backed bencher.
