I've gone up 7kg since I started in late March. I think my avi was taken in april, so when I had put on about 3-4kg. I can definitely see improvements in arms/pecs/shoulders/legs (probably not so easy to tell from the pics posted), but it's a long process as you all know :P*I've also been sick quite a few times since starting, and had a few other interruptions (exams + 10 day holiday with girlfriend) so I know I could have done better, but I'm still pleased.
So i was just wondering... does anyone think anything is lagging?*Personally I think obliques might be. I don't target them at all as I read that with all the other core exercises I do that they should be worked enough, but I can't really seem to see them at all, and I'd prefer if my abs were a bit more fuller on the sides.*I don't have a pic of legs or back atm, I have decent calves but I need more work on my quads. Back is also quite decent.*Bi's and tri's seem to have really come up since I started, I'll try and get pics up of them tomorrow.
edit:
how can i embed attached images?
