    Did you join a fitness website like this to pyscho-analyze and try to bring people down?

    I'll admit, you're a pretty good analyzer but you're operating off of limited data.

    For the record, I'd say about 98% of the reaction on youtube, ********, on other forums, at school, at work has been extremely positive. I thrive on that positive energy. This forum tends to have more negative peeps/haters.

    is this real life? i felt bad about my physique before i made fitness a piece of my lifestyle, and i had always wanted to do something about it... but when people (including ur family / friends) say stuff that push that desire to change even further, it's just extra motivation... he obviously did this for himself and for others in his life.

    I appreciate that bro. It took a lot of work to get started but as time has gone on, and new habits have been formed, it's been a lot easier to stick with it and continue making improvements. If I could do this with such a busy schedule, anyone can!

    Thanks for your input on the blog! Yeah I've looked into Krill Oil too, but it seems the EPA content of krill oil is not very high? It would get really expensive for me to try to get 2 grams of EPA daily from Krill oil.
