Pec dec with both handles and pads?
Thinking about this hypothetically, I'd want to use pads for pec flyes since this would isolate better than handles (everything below the elbow is removed form the equation).
But to use this kind of machine for rear delts, obviously handles would be needed. Does such a machine (plate loaded) exist?

Why would you need handles for rear delts? Some people use the pads to do rear delt stuff, you'd rest your triceps on it. I remember seeing a video on YouTube of a guy training this way. Can't find it atm but here's an ExRx illustration of a partial range pump-type thing:

Another example of how you can use abnormal form on a machine to hit different muscles, here's a guy using a lateral raise machine to do rear delts:

Heck, there are even machines built for it:

That said, it would be neat if a single machine had both pad and handle options. That way we could initially get strong using the pads, and then once we max out the weight, switch to using the handles and drop down to a way lower weight (due to the longer lever) and work back up again.
