Well, with this diet my gym owner gave me, I'm doing pretty damn good now for the most part. He keeps bugging the **** out of me about it so it makes me stick to it so I don't have to listen to him lol..


He's been bodybuilding since his early 20's and he's about 65 and still does competitions and wins.

While I agree with some of PETA's points, their tactics to promote their cause make me not give a **** about it.

I'm with you man. Their points about animal cruelty are valid but their methods seem excessive. Maybe in their mind that is the only way to get publicity and raise the visibility of their cause. For one thing, I wouldn't have known jack squat about the little raccoon skin that Mario wears before their anti-Mario campaign. Maybe it does work after all.
