Yeah, often. 2-3 times/week depending on treadmill usage.

I am actually in a research study. It was 3x 30 min for a month then 4 x 40 min for 5 months. 6 months no riding then a year of whatever i want. I go back in November for the final analysis.

At the end of the first 6 months, my oxygen capacity increased some and my lactic acid production decreased about 70%.


note: didn't do much cardio before.

Early on I was saying it wasn't that bad, but this has to be embarrassing for the development team. This is going on a week already, like they can't test this stuff before making it available on the forums for everyone else :shrug:.

I've seen other forums that has no income, no development staff, and they implemented the latest vbulletin with no problems.

I've used a few different browsers and the bugs seem to come and go with all of them. Weird.

Nothing other site are fine but nothing about this site is working: multi quote, keeps switching to mobile version every time I do anything, black version is not working. I'm sure there are more just haven't figured it out yet.

Well got the old vbulletin back almost fully now, before those idiots in the development team.

Used an addon in firefox and got coding for all the old colors, and fonts etc, to place in the addon.

Good, got married about 1.5 years ago and have been working a lot too, so I'm not here too much. I lurk once in a while at night, but am almost never online during the day.

At 6'5" at least you can get away with carrying some extra weight. I'm about 240 right now, trying to get back to 225 which seems to be the best weight for me.

Roxie pops in on occasion but she's scaled back quite a bit.

They just did a forum update so now we're stuck dealing with all of the so called improvements. Most people seem to prefer the black mode as it's easier to use and minimizes all the garbage.
