    How much Glycogen do we use each day?

    I'm guessing that we don't use anywhere near the amount of glycogen we have stored each day. There's roughly 70g in your liver and 200g in your muscles so 270g of glycogen. If anyone knows how much an average person uses each day I'd appreciate it. Ty

    So, summing up mid-article, the absolute requirement for carbohydrates is zero grams per day. However, depending on protein intake, a practical minimum for carbs lies between 50 grams/day (if someone functions well in ketosis) to 100-120 grams per day (if they donít function well in ketosis). Let me mention very specifically that Iím not suggesting those numbers are a recommended level, Iím simply using them to represent a practical minimum value.

    Not sure if this answers your question, but has solid feedback that surrounds it. Also, I feel like there is many additional factors that come into play with this
