Just cook bulk chicken on bbq 3-4KG, bulk rice boiled and buy frozen brocolli and bam meals done for 3 days and less then half the cost

yer i usually do something similar to that now, living at home with a family of 5 is difficult to get in the kitchen and prep or atleast find a place to store all the food prep'd...

I go to IGA and buy a roast chook for $11 I think they are now. Normally get ~700g of chicken off one, so costs a little more then buying raw breast but you don't have to cook **** all. Buy one after work everyday eat half with dinner, half for lunch the next day. Rice + some vegies and you're set.

I just have 3 containers usually in the fridge! Cooked chicken breast, boiled rice and cooked brocolli
Usuaully eat that for 6-7 meals , also throw in almonds, bananas and shakes for snacks .. thats eating relatively clean but
bulking now usually have same meals but throw in some dirty foods
