Nah just spend to much time and money working on my cars. Next project is a 400hp rb25 volvo 240 wagon, going to make custom coilovers all round, drop it on its guts, shortened axles, 10" dished steelies up the back, get the grinder and do a quick tub in the rear if i have to. When it gets stickered I'm going to just part it out and grab another 500 blown motor special and switch the driveline over.

All I understood was 400hp...

Isnt that the VL motor? So I cannot buy the VL for $5k anymore?

IIRC the VL ran an RB30 so it sounds like it may be a different lump.

If you're looking at a new clutch dont bother with a twin plate. Google Jim Berry clutches, the man is a magincian, single plate clutch that is easy to daily but it still a bulletproof clutch.

And don't run a cf bonnet. Saw a bloke hit a roo out in Gidge one night in his Evo 9. If he had of had a passenger they would have died. **** is nasty in a crash.

nah not for me for my mate, his clutch kept slipping gets a new clutch nek minnit 30psi turbo blows the clamps off the intercooler piping lol, did the cf bonnet just shatter? really love the look off the vented ones ;_;

Yeh just shattered into shards of death and punched straight through the windscreen, was crazy. Yeh my old wrx blew a cooler pipe once with so much force it snapped the ally brackets bolting it to the the intake.

Last year security were kunts and kicked people off the island for the smallest excuses, my mate got kicked off by some bish security chick for some bull**** reason. Apparently they kicked off almost half the people staying in Geordie on the first night, not sure how true that is though.
