We all know that a toned bodypart is a product of low bodyfat. Myths has been that high reps low weight will make your muscle more toned, despite having not low enough bodyfat.
I don't know how, but my shoulder part and my calves are really toned out compared to my other muscle part. There's no other thing to explain it other than me doing jump-rope for +3 months. How else could I have a toner bodypart than the other?
I'm not just speaking in theory, since I actually did test it out (unconsciously though).
Sorry for the thread if I'm wrong.

It's actually more of a rhetorical question .
I actually made a statement that high-reps = toner muscle. I wondered how my shoulder and my calves are toner than my other muscle parts. I don't remember doing anything to those 2 parts other than doing jump-rope (which involves high reps and low weight)
