Question Abs Diet Book

Has anyone read the Abs Diet book and tried their diet and workout plan? I was wondering if it works at all and if I should even bother reading it to help me out. I was going to read it to try to slim down a bit more and get a flat stomach... I'm constantly working out and doing cardio but can't seem to get my stomach flat. I wake up and its how I want it to be but as soon as I take anything into my mouth whether its water or a small piece of fruit my stomach just bulges out. It's getting really frustrating and I'm desperate.... any help?

the abs diet isnt so much about getting better abs.its an acronym

A=almonds
B=Beans and Legumes
S=spinach and green veggies

D-dairy
I=instant oatmeal
E=eggs
T=turkey

P=peanut butter
O=olive oil
W=whole grain
E=extra protein
R=raspberries and other berries

I read bits and pieces of it..and found it to be a great resource for ppl that dont know how to eat healthy and balanced and a good refresher that do know...

I would encourage you to read it...but to follow it to the *T*? well...you will have to decide for yourself...ive actually thought about trying to incorporate it alittle into my own eating habits as im getting tired of couting calories.....maybe one day

as previously stated, the book is more or less a "guide" for those of common knowledge, those who know nothing about proper nutrition. While we know that instant oatmeal isn't the greatest thing in the world, for the average person that would be much better than their normal sugary cereals or syrupy french toast and pancakes.

That’s what I loosely base my diet off of. The book tells you to stay away from flavored instant oatmeal and use the plain. I go with Quaker quick oats

strong flat abs basically come from the *kitchen*(diet); eat healthy foods, exercise regularly but not obsessively, get enough sleep, and continue to educate you self about nutrition and exercising.

drinking your water is so important...if you dont drink your water your body will retain what it can cause it feels its starved of it...so im thinking when you do drink it your body quickly retains it (i.e some bloating) if you drink the amount your suppose to everyday i assure you that in the end it wont make you feel like that at all...

but again..the abs diet is to help you learn to eat healthy..which just that in general will *help* you get the look and feel you are looking for
