Seriously, I do wish you luck. I started at 15% back in March and am only now down to 11% after 3 months of nearly perfect training, diet, supplementation.
You look bigger than 15% imho. 17%+
even at 11% if your not stacked with at least a bit of muscle under there, you won't be looking as aesthetic as your goal picture.
Not to be a downer, but that transformation is going to take longer than two months SRS.
Take all the right supps and train heavy and keep your protein intake high, but don't be dissapointed if you don't look like that guy even if you get to 11%

you will not look like that in 6 weeks. impossible.
first of all, you dont have enough muscle. you will look like a stick figure @ that body fat.
second, the goal physique picture you posted i skinny vinnie. he's been caught for steroid use. he competeded in a natural bodybuilding organization when he was caught.

i am on the ec stack. u can only do hiit or medium intensity cardio 5-6 weeks in the supplementation after the hr goes lower

LOL I do HIIT before EC dose or 4 hours after dose. gym is equiped with several AEDs and AED certified personnel
need to lose 6 pounds of fat or 1 pound per week. cutting, you will lose muscle as well - pulling the figure out of my ass, but I've heard 75% fat 25% lean mass per pound lost. so doing some bro math - if I lose 10lbs total, I should be about where I want or at least close. I don't get wtf everyone is freaking out about 1-1.5pounds per week is nothing massive.
nah - it's to show the *******s that I'm not 18-20% body fat like they claim
It's for myself - girl just said something to make it a challenge/exciting again. I was in a rut, I needed to get myself motivated again. Setting a personal goal is the perfect solution for me.
