I am using EC stack and will continue using it. 2 doses/day

lulz ex's have done exactly this - gained weight, i call them out, and then they cry when I expect them to lose it.

this girl was captain of swim team/cross country runner and has been unable to workout for a year due to weird heart problems, but is getting to where she can swim and workout again.

I don't srsly expect her to get like those shopped photos, but I know the chick I'll marry will at least keep her body in check. girls who don't aren't marriage materials.. simple as that.

Maybe she's thinking the same about you ..

Seriously, I do wish you luck. I started at 15% back in March and am only now down to 11% after 3 months of nearly perfect training, diet, supplementation.

You look bigger than 15% imho. 17%+
even at 11% if your not stacked with at least a bit of muscle under there, you won't be looking as aesthetic as your goal picture.

Not to be a downer, but that transformation is going to take longer than two months SRS.

Take all the right supps and train heavy and keep your protein intake high, but don't be dissapointed if you don't look like that guy even if you get to 11%

I do 40 mins of intese jogging on off days and lift a split routine on lifting days.. You are setting yourself up for failure.

HIIT+EC+low carb+low cal = plateau quickly, burn out, fail, possibly even health problems

i am on the ec stack. u can only do hiit or medium intensity cardio 5-6 weeks in the supplementation after the hr goes lower

LOL I do HIIT before EC dose or 4 hours after dose. gym is equiped with several AEDs and AED certified personnel

need to lose 6 pounds of fat or 1 pound per week. cutting, you will lose muscle as well - pulling the figure out of my ass, but I've heard 75% fat 25% lean mass per pound lost. so doing some bro math - if I lose 10lbs total, I should be about where I want or at least close. I don't get wtf everyone is freaking out about 1-1.5pounds per week is nothing massive.

It's for myself - girl just said something to make it a challenge/exciting again. I was in a rut, I needed to get myself motivated again. Setting a personal goal is the perfect solution for me.
