A punch from a silverback will probably break the bones of any predatory animal out in the wild. Silverbacks are walking/breathing m1 tanks.

I think the reason that silverback gorillas are so overrated on here is that they have a similar structure to humans, so we can relate to their strength and how they would fight. No doubt they are very powerful, but a tiger is much BIGGER and stronger than a gorilla, and is a much better fighter/killer and has far more deadly natural weapons. 1 large Siberian Tiger could beat 2 silverback gorillas most likely.

Fact of the matter is. Gorillas can stand on their 2 legs like us. That gives them a height advantage which would decrease their chances of their neck getting raped by the tigers jaw. If a tiger is to bite on a gorilla arm, the gorilla will grab it by its neck and break it with ease.

It's all about limb control with animals. Gorillas have 2 arms, the size of tree trunks. Tigers have 4 legs but can only utilize the front 2 for attacking. That leaves them very vulnerable if a gorilla ever grabbed hold of either one.

I bet most of you idiots never even saw a Tiger in real life to realize just how big the thing is.

Lets get some facts straight

Silverback Gorillas weight around 300-440 lb now lets compare that with a Siberian Tiger oh look 400-700lb.
That means if we take the most heavy animal from both the Tiger will be almost twice its freaking weight lol.
Not to mention that it has razor sharp teeth and claws that cut through anything, add that to the fact that Gorillas are mostly peacefull and do not engage in combat much while a Tiger hunts all his life and kills big animals ( even Bears in some parts ).

You guys must be freaking idiots if you think a Gorilla can kill a Tiger yet alone 2 lmao. Tiger wins 9 times out of 10.
