I'm trying it right now. Been doing it for the last 30 days. Growth is slow but for a beginner like me it's a pretty good plan as far as meal preparing (macronutrient intake) and workout routines.
Basically, the meal plan is based on your body type. You eat 6 meals a day and there is some wiggle room.
I like it, but I like having someone tell me what exactly to eat, what exactly to do in the gym. I need direction.
In 30 days I have seen my BF% drop by about 1% and to 17.5 and my weight has gone up by about 2.5 kgs so like 5 lbs. Not bad for 30 days. I'm gonna work through the full 9 weeks and I can keep you posted on my success.
