So starting friday, i must have ate like 15,000 calories of straight junk food, like straight junk.
i jumped on the scale this morning and gained like 5-6 pounds, is this for real not?lol
im kinda in shock.

I recently had a "work retreat/team building" weekend and it was beers and junk all weekend and I added 3-4 lbs. It took a couple of weeks to get back down but oh well if you had fun....

This. If you gained 5 to 6 pounds of fat, you ate 17500-21000 calories OVER maintenance, and you think you ate about 15000 total.

I mean yea, that was stupid to do and will result in some fat gain, but you didnt gain 5-6 pounds of fat

On topic; OP those 5-6 pounds are more than likely just water an glycogen weight combined with food still in your stomach as well as any wastes.

There was probably minimal if any noticeable fat gain in my opinion.
