    Is this a OK diet?

    Hello

    18 Years
    I currently weigh 85 kilos
    187 centimeters
Bodyfat 10-15% ( Not complete accurate - Home test )

    My diet goes like this

    Meal 1 eggs and milk
Meal 2 Banana and a protein shake with milk
Meal 3 Banana and Chicken salad
    Meal 4 Chicken with rice
    Meal 5 Eggs and Milk
Meal 6 Chicken Salad and milk
Meal 7 Protein Shake with milk
Reason why I am eating so much egg and chicken, simply becouse I really dont like meat and I hate fish

My goals are to get to around 100 Kilos with a body fat percent at around 7-10%, A LONG way to go but thats my goal

Now is this a OK diet for my weight, I like milk as you can see. But is it bad for me to drink so much of it. If this is a poor diet, some ideas of what and when I could change things. Ideas for food is always good

1 more thing, I often see people eating at 345 am, I go to sleep at around 1:00-2:00 and wake up at 11:00-12:00 without eating anything in 10 hours, bad idea I guess?

    PS. ME gusta milk :>

read the sticky and figure out your necessary cals and macro's. then adjust your meal plan accordingly. you don't say anything, so you really won't get feedback. but that is a boring ass diet. plenty of foods besides fish that have protein. e.g., greek yogurt. but there are lots of others. btw, have you heard of vegetables?
