    So is Subway good or bad for you ?

    I usually get a Oven Eoasted chicken breast on Wheat bread foot long. Is this healthy ? I looked at some site online and it says that particular sandwich contains 55gms of fat. That can't be right can it ?

    When did I say TJ meat is bad? I said excess salt is bad. TJ meats dont have Sodium Nitrates, so they are much better than any other place.

    If you get the steak and cheese's it's about 80g of protein in a sandwich I think.
