    NROL4W Training Charts- Huh??

I consider myself relatively smart, but I am having trouble understanding exactly how to read these workout charts...

Are workouts 1 and 2 WEEKS one and 2?

or do you go all the way through the exercise A section, progress to section B and so forth on one day?

I got the part about doing Workout A one day, rest a day, then do workout B...

All that workout 1,2,3, 4 business threw me off...

Sorry for the silly question. I'm new at this!!!

Another silly question: When do you incorporate the "special workout" stuff?

I'm assuming that you go all the way through Exercise A (two sets of squats at 15 reps each) then follow that with a "to failure" set? At what weight?

In Stage 1, you do Workout A 8 times and Workout B 8 times
i labeled them as Workout A1, Workout B1, etc. so my workout journal looks like this

    day 1 Workout A1
    day 2 Rest
    day 3 Workout B1
    day 4 Rest
    day 5 Workout A2
    day 6 Rest
    day 7 Rest
    day 8 Workout B2
    day 9 rest
    day 10 Workout A3
    etc etc
    make sense?

After you do each workout 8 times, you do the two 'special workouts' with the weights that you used on Workout A1 and Workout B1
I'm gonna be one to watch in 2012. Just wait and see.

i had to read that part twice too. i couldn't figure the chart out in the book, so i bought a separate journal. after i spent a few bucks on the journal, i figured the charts out. oh well.
