    Lipo 6 BLACK.

    Hey all,

Just wanted to give my review on this product. I read up on Lipo 6 and 6x about a month ago and thought I'd give it a shot until the stores had them recalled.. But they had Black in stock.
So I said the hell with it and I bought a bottle.

I've actually hit a plateau.. I went from 194 to 178 and I've been in the range of 177-179 the past month. It SUCKS. So I thought I'd take some Black (no racism) and see if it'd help. Before I started Black (about 3 weeks ago), I was on OxyElite Pro. I've had a few friends use it that's why I started OxyElite.

So here's my thoughts on Black (concentrated version btw); I know everyone's bodies responds differently but:
    - It's a decent appetite suppressant.
    - I don't feel the ENERGY like people claim, nor do I feel the jittery feelings.
    - I felt NAUSEOUS frequently. I would take it 30 minutes prior to a meal and eventually I'd start feeling nauseous.
    - I don't see any other benefits from it.

Honestly, I felt OxyElite Pro worked much better; however, I feel my body is immune to supplements like these. For example, I never even felt the ENERGY with OxyElite Pro or even the feeling of my body burning up (I have always been active and energetic though.. Even if I don't eat anything). But it was a great appetite suppressant, I'll give it that much. Plus, I never felt nauseous with OxyElite Pro.

    Conclusion:
It's really all in the mind. Straight psychology. It's the thought about taking a supplement that might make you feel more energetic and suppress your appetite that makes it work. It's the actual thought that certain things happen to you when you take it (whether it may or may not happen). The only benefit I got from either of these supplements was the appetite suppressing part, other than that there's not much to it.

I know my main focus was to review Lipo 6 Black (even though it wasn't really a detailed or helpful review), I thought I'd incorporate OxyElite just because I've used both.
Everyone's bodies respond differently. One may feel like he/she is on a cloud while another may be downer than ever. But for me, I think OxyElite is better than Lipo and I don't think Lipo works that well. Feeling nauseous from using Lipo is more than enough for me to decide on stopping.

Hope this helps! (Even with minimum detail and information).

I will tell you this..whether I'm thinking it or not, when I take OEP, it sends me for a ride. I don't think the effects of OEP on me are in my head at all..

Yeah I honestly think OEP works. I don't really get jittery and crazy energetic, but when I hit the gym I'm able to keep up and push myself.

The major stimulant in both is caffeine. I am willing to bet the OP has a tolerance built up and Krete77 does not. An interesting test would be to cut out all stimulants for a week or two and try them again. I suspect the results would be similar.

Actually, I am a stimulant freak..been drinking energy drinks/coffee for years, literally..used to pound 4 energy drinks a day no sweat. Thank god I'm not stupid anymore..but I still drink 2-3 cups a coffee a day. Now that I'm taking OEP, I still drink a cup, sometimes 2 while on it.

That's funny, 'cause I'm the total opposite.

I RARELY drink coffee. When I say that I mean like a cup every 2 months. Nothing ever really works on me, not even 5-hour energy.

I actually stopped recently. Might just go back to OEP later. I don't think Lipo is for me. The nausea caused from it kills everything.

Yea I could never understand how caffeine doesn't affect people..I've only seen that on these boards here.. I know friends who are just like I used to be, who still consume 2-4 energy drinks a day plus coffee!! If your from New england, you can't survive without dunkies around here (dunkies=dunkin donuts if you're not aware).

I do know that if I take the OEP with food in my belly, it renders it ineffective..so I take it first thing in the AM. You probably knew this already though.

how does it make you feel when your on it? i am going to start a fat burner here in a few days and ive been given a few different suggestions, lipo 6 black being one of them along with hydroxycut, and hypershred... but i think all the suggestions ive gotten so far have been more like a chevy vs. ford opinion, rather than a non biased honest opinion... so im still a lil hesitant as to which i should get... any suggestions?
