Or more?
How many reps? How long did it take you to get there?
I'm heavy/fat so it's a constant journey for me. I can prob do one rep @ 275lbs right now, but I want to max out at 275lbs 3x5.

You feel like you wanna just give up
But you gotta search within you, try to find that inner strength
And just pull that sh*t outta you
And get that motivation

No matter how bad you wanna just fall flat on your face...

The reason I ask is because I've always heard the best measure of needing to move on to a different program from a 5x5 based one is needing to BP your body weight, Squat 1.5 and DL 1.5...
Seems a little bit easier for the lighter guys. No offense.
I just did 250 5x5 yesterday, Was stuck on that for about 3 workouts...ツ Forever Alone Crew ツ

"Until you're deadlifting twice your bodyweight for reps, can squat four wheels, and bench more than 300 pounds, don't worry about making your biceps pop. If you accomplish these goals and want to keep progressing and growing, train to deadlift three times your bodyweight, squat five wheels, and bench 350 pounds." - Slay The Dragon
