    The reason I ask is because I've always heard the best measure of needing to move on to a different program from a 5x5 based one is needing to BP your body weight, Squat 1.5 and DL 1.5...

    Seems a little bit easier for the lighter guys. No offense.

    I just did 250 5x5 yesterday, Was stuck on that for about 3 workouts...

    It took me a long time, bench just isn't a natural lift for me. At the time I think I was 2x on squat and 2x on deads.
