First time I've actually lifted when I've had a hangover today. Was a completely ****ty experience, squatting only amplified my headache lol. How do you guys go about going to the gym with a hangover?

it depends with me.
after a night out i either get a sick hangover (were my stomach is messed up and i throw up) or just a moderate hangover (headache/drowsiness)
if i feel sick, i can't go, or i'll throw up everywhere.
yet if i only have a moderate hangover, i like to have a decent sleep, eat good and then go for a solid workout.
it makes me feel good and clears my head."This is what we do, who we are, Live for nothing, or die for something."
