    Weight lifting, improving posture

    Hi there,

I do different method of weight lifting, try to do at least 3 sets of 10-15 reps, started Gym 2 weeks ago.

I avoid anything where I need to lift the weight above my head, I don't want to become shorter and I hear that it's possible.

Are there any weight lifting methods to straighten out my back/improve my posture? I'm 22, standing 5.8"

If there is anything you can recommend to help or add to my workout, much appreciated.

Can you post a pic from your back and side. Go to the advance setting, from there you can post pic.

I am trying my best to correct my posture.
