    to many protein shakes a day?? Hmmm, as long as your getting some protein from whole foods you can keep bangin' them out !

    I personally make 2-3 every day, but mine include bananas, oats, peanut butter, white and chocolate milk, protein power obviously. I drop the oats as the day goes on.

    It will be different for everyone. If you can get your protein from real food that's always better, but if not from what I believe they won't hurt you

    First thing in the morning and after workout. One must eat actual food to fulfill their protein needs. Never a wise idea to be dependent on shakes.

    When i need to fit more protein in my macros. Typically during breakfast, after a workout or at night on a rest day.

    I think its only if its like... 400+g daily over a long period of time. Regardless if it comes from whey.

    Some people here are overkill lol I don't even shake. Australia stocks plain flavours anyway not to mention chewing food tastes better IMO.
