I was drinking three protein shakes a day on workout and non-workout days. I was told that's too much so I cut it down to two protein shakes a day. I started working out June 21st with the intenion of gaining mass. I'm finally past the brutal first week soreness and got my max lifts down, etc. I get paid on Friday and I intend to get a serious diet together then. Should I stay with two or go back to three?
