    Thumbs up Dropsets or supersets?

I have always been a dropset kinda guy!
But I was wanting to know if anyone had some killer supersets they enjoy?
I have been experimenting around with super- drop sets but unless its a larger muscle they dont work very well for me.

I've got a bad habit of being unable to control my desire to superset! I get really impatient whilst waiting to do my next set of x and often end up just smashing out my next set as a super, which when done too often can sometimes mean my form is slightly off or I don't complete sa many reps as I should.

Deadlift to Shoulder Shrugs are great for shredding the forearms/grip strength

Superset anything you want! Hammer Curls to Military Press is good but see what you prefer

IMHO dropsets are great for the last set per exercise - if you use them for every set you will exhaust the muscle prematurely. Supersets are great to keep the heart rate elevated especially if your breaks are no more than 1-2 minutes in between sets. i've had good results with push/pull type of supersets where i'll pair chest and biceps or back and triceps on different days. try grouping 3 exercises in a row (instead of two), the third one being some sort of weighted ab exercise...

I've found great progress in chest from doing a drop set, as my last set...I give credit to my 30lb gain in dumbbells to the drop sets I've done...I've gone from barely putting up 50lbs on dumbbell bench press to putting up 80s.
