    11% body fat to below 9%

    I have decreased my body fat to around 10-11 and would like to get lower.. I was way over weight and lost alot of weight now I have been stuck at this same weight. I currently do HIIT 2xs a week and lift 4 times a week. any suggestions? Oh, and I jog 1 mile BEFORE my workouts (think i should do them after)

    Im right where you are man!Around 11%bf and been stuck there for the past few weeks.Ive got 8 weeks left in my cutting cycle. Just started the Intermittent Fasting diet last week.Gonna give that a go for the next 4 weeks and see if i have any improvements.Oh, and definalty start doing your cardio after your workouts.

    That fasted interval training sounds UNSAFE to me man...I dont think its a good idea man, but go ahead and let me know...sounds like you can really hurt yourself so be careful
