hasnt responded to any of my messages in the past couple days even though he has been online. I know he received my package because he made a thread about it. Was supposed to trade my new WF for his XF cinnamon roll. We "apparently" shipped ours the same day and I have yet to receive anything even though he received mine a few days ago at standard shipping. I understand that there are shipping discrepancies but I have sent him several messages asking for a tracking number, any idea when it should come, etc no response even though hes been online multiple times So im calling scam

I think instead of a fake addy he had it sent to his timeshare, and then he had another member of the timeshare forward the package to his 70,000 square foot villa in Guadalahara.

What happened sucks, OP, but I can't imagine the police will care very much and, as another genius joked about in this thread, murdering the bad trader is probably overboard. Get his name posted in the bad trader thread and move on.

WTF that is so lame, why the hell would you scam a fellow member, a lot of this shi* is done on trust and a certain "know how". Seriously man what a low life.
Just one more thing, informing the police will do nothing as he never signed or legitamtely wrote any promises. Just spread the word he is one bad dude.
One last thing, you know how you know where he lives right? Well, he can't scam any more if he is dead (srs).

He's on the run according to Google Earth maps. I've contacted the Federal Marshalls, Ice, and Border Patrol before he can enter freely into Mexico. We got Whitey Bulger so you may be in luck as well. And good luck with your scamming goals in 2011
