So...I figure I can buy a Tower200 exercise thing with rubber bands that goes on the door and an Ab Circle Pro,that way eliminating the need for bulky weights laying around the house and without the danger of getting hurt by lifting heavy things.
As I said I don't want to get too big, just nicely toned,at the moment I looked fairly ripped as my arms and legs etc are quite skinny,I just seem to be carrying fat around my gut.
I have started to use an orbital sander and an old sheepskin car seat cover to vibrate my stomach while I watch tv hoping to get rid of my gut.
My diet is pretty good and I'm using fat burners to help get rid of my belly fat.
I only ever order fillets of fish or the chicken wraps at McDonalds which is where I mainly eat because I don't like to cook and this is easy and healthy.
I do lots of cardio because most nights of the week I like to have a couple of drinks at the pub,so I walk to McDonalds and then to the pub.
I only ever have light beer so I can keep my diet on track and beer has calories which is good so I don't get skinny-fat.
2 days a week I have very low carb intake,mainly Sat and Sunday as I get very hungover and so I stay in bed all day as I read somewhere that lots of rest helps.
If there is anything I have missed or any other equipment that I could buy or maybe some supplements I need feel free to let me know.
