Football training (soccer in US) is very light to be honest. Easy training, easy matches, pretty much my rest day. So would this be overtraining, I'm 14.
Monday: Run 2 miles, 15 rounds bag work / conditioning, push workout.
Tuesday: Football training, abs.
Wednesday: Run 2 miles, 15 rounds bag work / conditioning, leg workout.
Thursday: Boxing for 90 minutes (running, bodyweight exercises, bag work, sparring etc).
Friday: MMA for 60 minutes (bodyweight exercises, bag work, sparring etc), abs.
Saturday: Run 2 miles, 15 rounds bag work / conditioning, pull workout.
Sunday: Football match, abs.
