    Serious Mass vs Pro Complex Gainer

    I am currently 5' 8" with weight 67kg. Having problems getting enough calories due to my work. Which of these 2 should i get??

    I would go with Pro Complex

    Serious Mass has to many carbs in it and not enough Protein

    Pro Complex. Mostly complex carbos which is why i'd pick it.

    My advice is to just buy yourself some Maltodextrin and Whey. The macros will be of much better quality and you can also tweak the carbrotein ratio. And of course, it's cheaper.

    Serious mass - serving size --2 heaping scoops (334 g) - 50 gr of proteins with water/ 74 g of protein with low fat milk.

    1259 cal(with water)
    1630 cal (low fat milk)

    Pro complex- serving size --2 scoops (74 g) - 60 g of protein
    270 Cal.
