Lower back has been killing me

Since I started going to the gym (and with a combination of riding a motorcycle with mid-apes) my lower back has felt torqued out of place. It hurts when I push my hips forward, and when I sit I am most comfortable with my hips completely leaning back. When I am at the gym I do 3 sets of 30 decline leg-ups, and I am thinking maybe that's why I my lower back has been very sore.
Will better stretching help this? Posture adjustment?

From my experience its often a posture/muscle imbalance thing.
If you're new to lifting it could be that the back isn't used to that kind of work, i remember by lower back being fried when i first started squatting

Is this something that will naturally go away, or requires correction?

If its balance than it'll require work.

If you're new than it'll go away.

How long have you been training and what kind of routine have you been following

2 weeks is still early to say anything.
I will say that this seems like a unbalanced routine. No legs or back, that wil cause issues after a few months. I suggest jump on a balanced beginer routine like Fierce 5
