Yesterday at the gym, a personal trainer told me i was gaining mass and proceeded to advise me to : "Stay away from those protein shakes, they will destroy your kidneys, Go to GNC and they'll point you in the right direction"
Needless to say i will not employ him as a personal trainer again.

Worst Supplement advice you've ever gotten?
“No citizen has a right to be an amateur in the matter of physical training…what a disgrace it is for a man to grow old without ever seeing the beauty and strength of which his body is capable.”

I'm sure if you visit this forum frequently enough, you'll find something. Every day when I log out of here I think to myself "I just saw the dumbest advice ever today that won't be topped" and every day I'm proven wrong.
It is the mark of an educated mind to be able to entertain a thought without accepting it.
