How do you keep "the pump"?
After today's shoulder/tricep workout, my arms and shoulder look normal, not my usual ectomorph arms and shoulder. How do you keep the pump? Because in two hours, I'll be back to my normal ectomorph arms...

You don't.
The reason you're bigger is because of the blood flow. You're not going to maintain your size in your arms as though you've always just completed an arms workout lol...

correct me if im wrong anyone, but you cant keep the pump. if you want your shoulders and triceps to stay looking big, you got to train consistantly, and follow a strict diet which will allow them to grow, which will make them look bigger.

Keep working out and eating well. After a year (maybe less), the size may stick.

The best way is to keep consistent when in the gym and work hard to increase your overall mass.
If you not feeling the burn your not pushing hard enough.

Let's say I wanted my biceps to look huge...if I had someone beat them with a metal bat until they were swollen with blood, how could I go about making them stay that way?

Carry around elastic bands and do micro-lifts everywhere. You'll be socially ostracized, but it's okay because the pump will be constant.

Just do dips off the edge of the toilet every time you go to the restroom. That should keep the pump going.
