I'm just doing this to keep a log of my cut and see how much progress I make in the first few months as well as learn a few things about cutting. I feel like this will help keep me on track and keep me motivated. My goal is to get down to 10%. Shooting for 1 pound a week.
Calorie Maintenance: 2,384
Calories for cutting : 1900 or less.
Supps:
-(200mg Caffeine and 300mg of Green Tea Extract) 3x a day
-1 multi-vitamin pill
- 3000mg fish oil
Diet :
Breakfast:
-2 slices of Whole Wheat Bread
-2 tbsp of Natty PB
-1 banana
-1 cup of skim milk
Snack 1:
-1/4 cup of Almonds
Lunch:
-2 slices of Whole Wheat Bread
-1 can of tuna
-1 apple
Pre-Workout (Snack 2):
-1/4 cup of Almonds
Post Work Out:
- 52g Whey Protein
- 1/2 Raw Oats
Dinner:
-1 can of Chicken Breast
-2 cups of Lettuce
-1 cup of Carrots
- 1/4 cup of blended cheese
Snack 3:
-1/2 cup of FF Cottage Cheese
Total Calories: 1,872
Carbs:188.4
Protein:163.5
Fat: 75.2g
Day 2:
Once again everything went according to plan. Followed through with the diet and had a nice rest day. Tomorrow's another rest day and then gym on Tuesday. See ya tomorrow.
Didnt follow diet all the way. Replaced a few of my meals with sushi and cupcakes, thanks to my girlfriend. And HAD THE NEW XXL STEAK BURRITO FOR DESSERT! LOL. Oh well. Still going strong on my lifts and everything else is good. Back to diet tomorrow.
Worked out. Changed my sandwich in diet to a BBQ chicken sandwich. It was soooooo good.

Hey guys, I forgot to post yesterday so Ill throw these two together. I lifted today and it sucked! I had no energy since I have been sick so only my tricep extensions and dips suffered (weird) but here are the lifts.
Bench 150x3
Squat 205x3
Rows 102x3
Bicep 45x8
Tricep Extension Only got 6 reps on the 40lbs.
Dips Only got 6 on 15lbs and 4 on 17.5lbs
Oh well, I'm sure my lifts will come back once I get over this sickness and get some sleep. I'm going home for the fourth so I'm going to try my best to stick to my diet and work food in around my calories and macros. Pics coming tomorrow (Saturday) hopefully. Bye guys!
