Question regarding water loss, muscle tone, ect...

If one were perparing for a trip to the beach and wanted to look as best possible what would you advise doing to get the best temporary look for your body. I know about limiting sodium intake and have heard about wrapping your midsection in saran wrap, and Prep-H. Any other ideas??? I have also heard something about carb load for 3 days then carb deplete for the last 3 days before the beach, or is it the other way around? Any help out there?

    Gracias

Carb deplete for 3 days, then load for 1-3 days (just depends on the person), try taking a dueretic like "Taraxatone" for the week leading up to the beach. These things will help, but if you are not lean and muscular before this, then you will not be lean and muscular after carb depleting/loading, or the duretic.
