Trutein and Ultra Peptide are both also delicious. My two favorites besides Myofusion.

    SAN Myodrive is nice:

But given you have 2 protein products, I'd just use, and finish, those.

Well, technically, the 100% whey would be better post-workout, as it has faster absorption. Just add in some carbs (eat a banana or some other food). But I don't put much stock in the whole slow/fast protein thing. Either protein is a-OK, just get some carbs in as well.

Spence is a wise man Trutein is a great protein for many reasons. Unlike a lot of other protein blends we disclose the breakdown in our protein blend, it's a 40-40-20 blend of Whey,Casein and Egg White Protein. Its pretty versatile as you can use it post-workout, before bed with milk for some extra casein and really anytime during the day, So It can replace 2 or 3 diff kinds of tubs with only one tub. Now the good part....when it come's to taste this stuff is good as it get's....If you do a quick search on the reviews on these board's you will a lot of memebr's rated Trutein very high when it come's to taste. It currently has a 9.2 score in our bb.com store page and here is the best part. You can pick a sample of all 5 Trutein & the rest of the Trunutrition line for only a couple dollars. If you have any questions feel free to shoot me a pm www.truscience.com/samples.html
