    Nice numbers on the presses.

How did those flye's feel? And where did you feel the low pulley X, the most?

ever try a reverse grip flat press? You can do bar or db's - i have read that it actually activates the upper pec 30% more than a regular incline press.

I have done these before but I am not sure I agree. For me reverse grip presses hit my triceps more than my chest

    WORKOUT
    Back - Workout B
    Warm-up sets in grey
    Rests at 60-90 seconds

    Chin-Ups
I decided to do a couple of sets with a 45lb plate hanging mostly because I have never been able to do one.
    14 reps
    13 reps
    +25x7
    +45x4
    +45x3.5
It felt pretty bad ass to do these with a 45lb plate.

    Deadlifts
    45x20
    135x12

    185x15
    225x12
    250x10
    275x8
    300x6
These were challanging, but I think I could go heavier with a little more sleep in me

    Lat Pulldowns
    100x15
    120x12
    160x10
    180x8
    200x5
Weights were right on for these! I can feel my lats burning throughout each set.

    Seated Cable Row
    85x15
    100x12
    120x10
    140x8
    160x6
I am really working on feeling the squeeze on these.

Maybe your grip is to close? research has show that an incline press only actives the upper pec 10% more than a flat press. While it has been shown that a reverse grip press activiates the upper pec by 30% (more shoulder flexion). food for thought

    Weekly Weigh in

For the second week in a row I lost nothing. *Well I guess that is not totally true. *I lost .4 lbs this week. * So here is my question. *Should I cut calories a little now or try to get all my cardio in next week first. *The last few weeks I have not been able to get in the volume of cardio that I would like to. *I think my plan is to cut down to 2750 on the calories. *I am at 3000 right now. *Either way I am going to shoot for 40 minutes of cardio a day this week. * Any thoughts or comments are always welcomed

    FUNNY STUFF
So there is this "trainer" at our gym that has a car that I always call the "Fast and Furious" car. *It is stupid. *Its a 89 accord with a giant spoiler on it, neon underneath, and many other horrible things. *The most annoying thing is that he always parks in 2 spots. *I got to the gym today and saw his car taking up to spots. *I park and as I am walking in I run into a lady that is complaining about his car parking job too. *I jokingly say something about calling to have his car towed. * I don't think about it again and start my workout. *I did my cardio first. *I was on the treadmill for about 5 minutes when I see a tow truck pull up outside. *He hooks up to Fast&Furious and tows him. * I am laughing way to hard now. *All of the sudden I see SuperDouche running outside to try to catch the tow truck. * This is awesome now. *

Later I see the lady I joked around with on the way in and she tells me that she called the tow company. *
I see SuperDouche talking to a trainer I know. **

SuperDouche: *They towed my car man!
TrainerBuddy: *Were you parked in 2 spots again?
SuperDouche: *They can't tow you for that.
Me: *I was out there when he towed it and asked him why they were towing it.
    SuperDouche: *What did he say?
Me: *He said your car was too fast and too furious and he had to lock it up.
SuperDouche did not like that. *I laughed again though.
