    Sprained my ankle 3 months ago, still can't do squat

    I sprained my ankle 3 months ago, took a few weeks of gym. Been back about 2 months ago and only do upper body.
    I can walk I can run but I can't do squat, not even without any weigh and it's been 3 months since I sprained it, it wasn't that big of a swollen either. Any advice? will I be able to squat again? How long?

    What do you mean can't do it? Like it hurts when you try to or your doctor said no?

    If it hurts, its probably not a sprain. A sprain recovers from a week to two months max. (Two months for the most severe sprains) You should talk to somebody if it hurts.

    If your doctor says you can't, well he's going a little far cause it recovers quicker than 3 months.

    Stats from 130 lb to 150:

    Bench: 160 --> 205

    Squat: 220 --> 290

    Deadlift: ? --> ?
