Nothing motivates me more than haters talking **** and people telling me i'm not good enough. Anyone else agree?

When I get hated on. I accomplish a 100x what I thought I could. I have a problem staying motivated when people don't hat on me though

Haters aren't my biggest motivation, but along with ignorant people they do get me going. Here are some people I work with:
1. The lady that thinks that my mma training is karate(as she puts up her hands and starts chopping the air making bruce lee noises-Not hatin' on Bruce!).
2. The fat guy that lives a lifestyle of eating ****, exercising by opening another beer, and constantly complains about his life. Then, when I'm discussing something I enjoy doing such as running, boxing, jiu jitsu, etc., he's very quick to put me down because of it.
3. I don't walk around bragging about my athletic improvements and boasting to everyone I see, but just because I now lift a heavy box with proper form some people go out of their way to make comments such as, "Showing off?" or "Wow your muscles are SO BIG".
4. "You don't have the heart to train in a combat sport." ......
Haters gonna hate. Let them. At 200 lbs and not too much muscle, I'm top 10 best in shape people where I work that employs around 200-300 people. At the end of this summer when I'm slimmed back down and feeling great about who I am, I'll be laughing at them on the inside.

Most deffiantly. Alot of people (including people who I thought were friends)
have just been hatin. Saying I cant do it, cant get a six pack, or whatever.
Provides some motivation too keep going so when I get there I can laugh
in their face.

This is interesting because I've always felt the same way. I've always felt that I've had something to prove, something to show, something to reassure everyone else that my existence is worth something. It's been a large motivating factor throughout my entire life and it's starting to spill over into lifting; except I'm not flashy about lifting. It's more of an internal type of thing with me. I sometimes catch people looking at me and I assume that their writing me off because I'm smaller than them. I just always tell myself that I'll surpass them one day; I'll grow stronger, bigger, faster and sexier then the guy lifting next to me.
To the person that was posting about co-workers: Those people are so illogically-minded that I couldn't help but laugh at their situation. It's much more conforming to their point-of-view to tear someone else down to their own physical level instead of trying to rise. These people both motivate and sadden me; their cynical and pessimistic.

the other day one of my (overweight) colleagues said to me: "mate you lost a lot of weight... really... what's wrong with you?"
I haven't really lost THAT MUCH weight (12 lbs or so) but I'm happy it's noticeable. It actually got me thinking for a moment that perhaps I was doing something wrong/unhealthy then I looked at him and thought "I definitely don't want to look like him! P*ss off I know better!"

Haters are my main motivation but so is living a better lifestyle and noticing my body is changing every week.

It's annoying when my bro says I have no life because I want to be a bodybuilder, and that I should go out and enjoy life.
