I asked this one big dude how did he get big. He said all you need to do is Dead lift, bench , squat , and military for 4 sets each every other day. It makes sense because that is a full body workout and those workouts are the most effective aren't they? So my question is , how can I do a workout plan with these workouts ? Do I count the warm up sets as the four sets or do I count my sets after warm up sets ? and how so I warm up for these workouts ?

He's right. Read the stickies. Pick a fullbody routine like SS, ICF 5x5 if you want to do some bodybuilding.

Sounds similar to something Eliot Hulse recommended in one of his videos.
Apart from his was something like, dips, deadlifts, front squats and pull ups.
Pretty sure He says If you have limited time and equipment, Use a mixture of those four exercises with some variants, eg rack pulls one day instead of deads, hammer grip instead of regular grip pull ups etc.
Its all about learning the basics before you over complicate your trainingThere is no substitute for hard work

Well, you should be progressively overloading rather than maxing out. You probably wont be able to max out every second day/three times a week. I'd add a row in to those four compounds, upper back isn't going to be well worked out with deadlifts. If you add a row, I'd say it becomes a full-body workout.
