Well in Brad's defense he has some back problems (scoliosis I believe) so for him to build a physique that he has despite the issues is very impressive. And he's always improving so that's the name of the game. As Eric said, he may not have the structure to match the best guys but his conditioning is super impressive. Look at dem glutes.

When Eric posted Brad's pics he prefaced them by saying he "doesnt have the structure of Doug Miller, Kiyoshi, etc" but he gets DICED. Brad isnt a mass monster but the discipline it takes to get that pealed could hardly be classified as "not impressive at all". Its DAMN impressive to me.

I'm kinda like you. I can't stay very upright when I squat. It just won't happen without my knee's shooting way over my toes. As long as I'm tight, pulling the bar into my shoulders, and arching into it on the way up, I'm ok.

no no no, you obviously have no idea how to squat and you'd get way better growth if you just did 135 but stayed upright

anyone has potential, what you do with it is up to you. Losers waste time worrying about what their potential and genetics are. Winners just put their head down and get work done. I promise you that anyone who's ever been successful at anything spent a grand total of about 5 minutes or less worrying about what their potential was. They were too busy putting in the work to get to where they want to go. Get it done if you want it

Not anytime soon. Powerlifting is way too much fun. I absolutely want to do it again, but I'm just in no hurry. I have a 9 month old son, I'll have more kids, and prepping means very little sex for the wife once I start getting very lean and I nor her really like that.

You're 100% correct. That's what I was shooting for. I wanted to work on strength off of my chest that day and that's a great way to do it.
